Cancellation Policy
A £20 deposit is requires from all clients, on all bookings. This can be made via the website link, when you go to book your appointment. The remainder of the bill will be payed on the day of the treatment. Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are late then this means the Aesthetician will not be able to carry out the full treatment. However the full payment must still be made. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give a minimum of 48hrs notice or if there is a no show, you will be charged the full amount of your treatment, and loose your deposit.
